User Interface Developer - Contributor

Sabre Hospitality Solutions is looking for a motivated, passionate and talented front-end user interface developer with a "Do Whatever It Takes" attitude to join a team of like-minded professionals building dynamic and innovative websites. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio URL and/or recent work samples available, along with advanced skills in client-side scripting and UI layout techniques. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

• 1-3 years of experience developing standards-based websites using valid, semantic markup for structure and CSS for layout
• Thorough knowledge of current website development trends and popular CSS style layouts and scripting techniques
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong commitment to cross-browser and cross-platform testing, troubleshooting and quality assurance
• Good working knowledge of XHTML, CSS, and Javascript (JQuery knowledge a big plus)
• Experience in Mobile Website development, HTML5 and CSS3 techniques is preferred
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP (or similar programming language) and MySQL (or similar database query language)

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years related experience; Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
