This Program Supervisor will manage both strategic and tactical aspects of a major CRM Brand including marketing and business planning, website and content strategy, email and direct programs as well as social. This position will also play a key role in developing the CRM strategy, vision and innovative plans, plus execution against those plans. Candidates must have sharp digital marketing skills, the ability to generate clear and detailed technical project documentation and an enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, creative environment.
Roles + Responsibilities
- Manage work for multiple brands
- Own client projects
- Lead project scoping and estimate development
- Provide strategic consulting
- Co-lead program strategy with other project leads
- Manage a team of direct reports
- Lead process improvement
- Manage staffing for team
- Responsible for budget forecasting
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience and is proficient in:
- Requirements gathering, project scoping and statement of work development
- User experience planning
- Technical documentation for Web and mobile application development
- Understanding of digital applications and processes
- Project scheduling and timeline management
- Budget management
- Team collaboration and communication
- Experience with large-scale CRM programs
