Lead developer for Spotpad.com web app

Spotpad.com is a social travel site that allows users to store remember and share their favorite spots.  Currently the site is close to being completed but the current developer has left New York and I need a lead developer to take over to complete the site.  Applicants may perform work off-site but must be in the New York City area in order to meet once or twice a week.
