Looking for full-time, onsite senior front-end developer to work with an amazing team on cutting-edge sites and apps in a Pharma advertising agency. Need to be expert-level HTML, CSS, JavaScript and have an advanced knowledge of how to build websites, mobile sites, mobile applications. Need to have natural drive to own projects completely, taking responsibility for all aspects of development. Must be a complete geek like us who continuously improves front-end skills in free time. Must have an understanding and experience in how to use JavaScript libraries like JQuery, Yahoo's YUI, Bootstrap.js, HTML5 boilerplate, etc. Must have an understanding of how to develop for responsive design. Must be able to take projects from start to finish with front-end development which includes brainstorming with brand teams (artist, copywriters, account managers, and strategists), working with designers, teaching and informing staff of technology, bringing the latest technology to the table, QA work, and taking projects to completion including final release of files to the client.
 

• expert in standards compliant, semantic, clean HTML 5 code
• experience in HTML5-based iPad apps
• strong Framework experience such as  JQuery, Node.js, Yahoo's YUI, Bootstrap.js, HTML5 boilerplate
• strong cross browser compliance including IE 6-8 hacks and workarounds
• ability to work very collaboratively in a loose, agile environment. Not always given extensive functional requirements
• drive to take ownership of all aspects of projects
• advanced knowledge of floats, absolute and relative positioning
• responsive web design experience
• SQL experience
• background in ASP.NET, Java and/or PHP is helpful
• design skills not required
• code samples essential
