You:
* Like the scrum/sprint model
* Ask a lot of questions to iterate on your ideas
* Are fast and decisive
* Take ownership over the design
* Communicate really well
* Pay great attention to detail
* Have already or really want to design social applications
* Big Bonus: have expertise in hand-coding XHTML/CSS to create semantic, standards compliant versions of your designs or can at least get it to prototype level
