FLEX Developer

(Memphis) We are currently looking for a Flex developer with at least 2 years of experience. The position is with a Fortune 500 company and the consultant would need to work onsite.
The initial goal is to produce a quality web based application written in Flex to support the User Admin portion of the company website. The overall goal is to create a more seamless experience on the website.
The development team would like resources who are comfortable working in a team setting that is fluid with an openess to shared ideas. Ideally, we would like 2 resources equally skilled in the design (Flash) aspect of Flex and the development (J2EE) aspect.
