You:
Love creating interactive, media rich websites.
Have an impressive portfolio demonstrating stellar web development skills.
Prefer coding web pages by hand -- every tag matters.
Thrive in a startup environment.
Have expert knowledge in XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Are fanatical about web standards and semantic HTML.
Have excellent communication, organization and written skills.
Ideally have Flash/Flex skills or are motivated to obtain them.
