UI Designer Needed

(Anywhere) Looking for a UI designer to refactor an existing site and provide recommendation/feedback for interface design. Goal is a simple, clear and standards compliant design. This will include providing reusable HTML/CSS libraries.
Additionally, this will include providing pages to match existing web sites to include our content.
All applicants must be able to work in an unstructured, high paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
