Credit Karma is a small, funded startup in the financial services industry. We have seen a lot of initial success and are looking for a few good coders to take our site to the next level.This position offers the chance to influence site architecture and feature design on a high availability website with hundreds of thousands of registered users. Because of our small size and nimble development process, you'll have a say in every step of the process, from design through deployment. We're looking for the kind of programmer who can take a brand new feature area, implement it from the ground up, and show us a few new tricks on the way.
PHP, Javascript, and SQL experience are a must for this position. If you also happen to have experience optimizing high volume MySQL applications, then you'll be very popular around the office. This is a web programming job, so many of the usual acronyms apply - AJAX, JSON, XML over HTTP, REST, SOAP, SVN, and so on.
This position is on-site at our beagle-protected San Francisco office. No remote applications please!
