Working with a wide range of clients and reporting to the Project Director, the TPM is responsible for delivering single or multiple projects of high quality, on time and to budget through the effective management of people and resources. The TPM is the first point of contact for a client on all technical operational issues and is therefore responsible for managing client expectations and problem resolution in line with the available resources and the company’s objectives. 

We are looking for a middleweight project manager and as such you must have minimum 2 years of agency project management experience.

Key responsibilities

 

 

  • Be the focal point for production, technical, content and budgetary issues by liaising with the client, internal agency departments, senior managers and other third parties as appropriate
  • Facilitate, manage and maintain timely and effective communication across teams, with department heads, senior managers and third parties
  • Co-ordinate all third party relationships relative to your specific clients
  • Provide budgetary advice to clients based on client and commercial expectations
  • Analyse the client’s needs ensuring that they fit with production objectives and quality standards, and can be delivered with the available resources and budget
  • Manage the day-to-day technical operations of the project. Assess risks and report operational issues to the Account Director and Project Director and ensure any problems are followed through to resolution
  • Contribute to the refinement of production processes to meet operational, legal and corporate requirements. Implement them effectively and efficiently
  • Manage and coordinate all project work for assigned projects
  • Using Airlock technical documentation standards, create specifications and support documentation for the projects.  Ensure these remain accurate and up to date
  • Produce weekly and monthly project reports in accordance with the company’s standards and on time
  • Provide assistance to the commercial department with the technical aspects of projects, proposals and contracts - including recommendations for changes to current systems based on technical developments, and assistance with the preparation and presentation of pitches
  • Continue to develop personal knowledge skills and competencies by keeping up to date with technical innovations and new business developments both in the market and within Airlock
  • Look to apply new technology to Airlock products to ensure that the projects run to their optimum ability
