PHP web developer

We are looking for a talented and committed web developer to join our technical team. You must be passionate and professional, as we build with an eye for exceptional design and push cutting edge development techniques. The position involves large and medium site builds on national and global brands under the supervision of our Head of Technology and in conjunction with our Technical Project Managers. You will be required to perform sophisticated web development techniques using XSLT, XML, PHP and JavaScript.
Role
- Participate in the development process within a project team
- Write scoping documents, provide time estimates and documentation for sites and systems
- Site prototyping, testing and debugging
- Maintain accurate time and activity logs against your delivery
- Awareness of key project deadlines and budgets
Requirements
- 3+ years commercial experience in PHP
- Knowledge of and ability to develop to W3C standards
- A positive attitude, problem solving skills and a string work ethic
Beneficial
- Experience with Symphony CMS (http://symphony-cms.com/)
- Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of XSLT
