We are looking for an experienced and passionate User Interface specialist to join our application development team. Our growing company needs talented people to build innovative data driven web applications and websites using the latest technologies and methodologies.
Job Description:
Codes software projects including web-based applications, website enhancements, database-backed websites and web layout enhancements. Participates in processes concerning the development of new applications, development and implementation of coding standards, and the quality assurance procedure for software. Responsible for working on multiple projects simultaneously as directed by management. Reviews, analyzes and modifies web systems including documenting, designing, developing, testing, monitoring, and maintaining as specified by management. Participate in review and company meetings concerning projects and programs. Document work-time as specified by management. Responsible for meeting set goals and deadlines as determined by management. Communicate effectively with clients in a courteous and respectful manner. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude required.
Requirements:
• Five to Seven or more years experience in internet related software development
• Expert working knowledge handing coding XHTML and CSS
• Experience in JavaScript, VBScript
• Proficient in Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Visual Studio, Fireworks
• Must be able to create and maintain compliant CSS (table-less) layouts
• Code must be cross browser/cross platform compatible and adhere to W3C standards
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently with the team under tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with SQL syntax and SQL Server
