We’re looking for an Interactive Designer for fun, fast-growing agency.

Smith Brothers Agency seeks a mid-level Interactive Designer who will help brainstorm the big idea, design web sites and create provocative banner campaigns for our clients. This person will work in a team environment and be part of an integrated agency. This is strictly a design position, no coding involved, although an understanding of best practices is recommended. This person will report to the Interactive Creative Director.
Responsibilities:
> Design web sites from wireframes.
> Work with the team on the best solution to a design problem. Includes everything from working with the Client Service team to adhere to the client’s strategy to handing off organized files to the coders and multimedia team for development.
> Strong communication skills: able to explain design concepts equally well to other designers, developers, and clients
> Brainstorm ideas for provocative banner ads and learn best practices for creating compelling online marketing campaigns.
> Work with team on “Big Ideas”.
Qualifications:
> BA / BFA / BS in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Web Design
> A thorough understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
> Solid typography skills
> A web site showing recent portfolio of work
> 4+ years professional web design experience
