UI/UX Designer

We are Less Avenged—a young and agile, full service media development company located in the heart of downtown Seattle. We have our hands in a wide variety of industries; doing everything from clean corporate websites, to complex social networks, to iPhone applications. No job is too big or small.
We are currently looking for a designer in the Seattle area to work in-office for 8-10 months at which time a full time position will be discussed. Complete proficiency and unbeatable attention to detail are what we seek.
Requirements:
- Overwhelming experience with UI/UX, interaction design, and usability best practices
- Examples of top-notch digital design skills
- Knowledge of web standards and xhtml/css
- Prototyping/Wireframing
- Ability to lead your design team
Bonus skills:
- CSS/XHTML
- JavaScript
- Actionscript or Flex
Compensation:
Salary: 50k-80k depending on on experience.
