-Demonstrated open-source experience developing and configuring content management systems using PHP, MySQL, and XML / XSL; knowledge of AJAX a plus.
-Experience developing front-end solutions in CSS, XHTML, Javascript, Flash, and Actionscript
-Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues, standards of compliance, and XHTML best practices
-Conceptual understanding of and experience using social tagging, blogging, podcasting, user generated content and other Web 2.0 technologies
-Knowledge of editing and optimizing audio and video for the Web
-Working knowledge of Apache and Linux
-Experience creating documentation of technical systems and training users
