<p>The ideal  candidate will have demonstrated experience designing branded  interactive rich media advertising campaigns on the web that is fun and  engaging. As a hands-on design manager, you will be responsible for  scheduling the production of custom digital rich-media ad campaign  deliverables, while providing art direction and managing creative team  resources for online ad-related projects.</p>
<p>You&rsquo;ll be required to  master Photoshop and Flash (AS2 and AS3). You must have a vision for  high-level innovative ideas, along with an eye for visual design,  animation and strong sense of user-centered design practices. We have a  fantastic team environment, with feedback exchanged throughout the  design process from people who tend to be nice, humble, genuine, and  fun.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong></p>

<li>Schedule projects and estimate the time to complete  deliverables</li>

<li>Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Ad Development teams </li>
<li>Design Flash rich-media ad units from scratch and also work with  agency-provided creative materials</li>

<li>Strong portfolio of Flash-based micro-sites, game interfaces, or  rich media ad creative</li>
<li>Expert level Actionscript 2 and 3</li>
<li>Mastering of Flash animation techniques using both timeline and  programmatic motion</li>
<li>Knowledge of encoding audio and video within Flash</li>
<li>Photoshop pro &ndash; digital imaging, able to create rapid design comps  that incorporate strong brand presence and convey solid UI structure. </li>
