<p>We are looking for a seasoned Associate Director of User Experience to lead and ensure adherence to a robust, human centered approach, while managing and engaging a small team of architects. <li>Experience of defining and managing the scope of projects</li>
<li>Experience with company processes &amp; procedures</li>
<li>Experience of web design (e.g. XML, XSLT, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript)</li>
<li>Experience with account management, third party contractual agreements, client management, client reporting and up-selling</li>
<li>Experience of chairing meetings, regular reporting, sales support and helping to produce budgets</li>
</ul>

<p>Desirable:</p>

<ul>
<li>Experience with Scrum methodology</li>
<li>Experience with Flash</li>
<li>Experience with data feeds</li>
<li>Knowledge of CDNs and eCRMs</li>
<li>Experience with transcoding &amp; streaming products</li>
