DESIGN:
The new design would be created in EE. The site would require some custom graphics and icons, and we believe 5-7 page styles (homepage, login page, offers page, how it works, faq, registration, about us, etc.) The designer would be responsible for the layout and design of graphics only...all content would be provided by client.

The second part of the project is integrating an "access" code and user community/ACL into EE. No transactions or e-commerce, solely access code based. The access code and ACL management would be available in the EE backend.
