Why Charity: Water?
Giving has been a part of our culture since the company began. We're a very small company with several fantastic advisors who are just as fanatical about giving as we are.
What better resource to give someone than the most basic, essential necessity of human life? Clean, safe drinking water, something almost a billion people on the planet don’t have access to.
Aquified.
As the FS 250 drilling rig sends its monstrous drilling bit deeper and deeper into the ground, it hits aquifers on the way down. An aquifer is an underground layer of water. Sometimes the rig hits two, even three layers of water in one drilling.
And yup, the more aquifers it hits, the more water the well will provide.
